Case study: 40 gold-loan branches, one campaign window
The situation
A gold-loan and NBFC group operating through three separate lending entities across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana needed branch-level visibility — not a state-wide brand campaign, but signage and local media outside individual branches, refreshed on a recurring cycle.
The head-office marketing team had the budget and the artwork. What they did not have was a way to make forty branches happen in the same fortnight. Branch managers are not marketers, local vendors answer to nobody in particular, and a campaign that trickles out over two months is not a campaign — it is forty separate small jobs that never quite finish.
What we ran
Branch-level offline media across the network — signage, boards and local formats appropriate to each branch’s street and catchment — planned and scheduled to go live inside one window rather than sequentially.
At peak, this account has had 39 to 40 branches running in a single campaign window, and on the busiest planning days our team has raised 70 quotations in one day to hold that schedule together. Three related entities were handled as three account streams so that each one’s spend, artwork and reporting stayed separate — while the field execution ran as one coordinated operation.
How it was verified
Every unit installed was photographed and the photographs counted against the order, branch by branch. Where a location came up short, it was recorded as a shortfall against a named vendor and chased until it closed — not quietly dropped from the report.
This matters more in lending than in most sectors. A regulated business has to be able to show what its marketing spend actually bought, and “the vendor says it went up” is not evidence. A counted photograph per unit is.
What the client got
- One point of contact for forty branches across two states, instead of a dozen local vendors and forty branch managers
- One schedule — the network live inside the same window, so the campaign reads as a campaign
- One reconciled count of what was installed, per branch, including anything outstanding
- A repeatable cycle — the same network, the same vendors, the same standard, campaign after campaign
Why we can do this
Coverage is the reason. We work through a vendor network we have built, rated and paid across more than twenty towns in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana — the same people, campaign after campaign, held to one proof standard. A local vendor can do one town well. A national agency subcontracts twelve local vendors and supervises none of them. Neither can put forty branches live in the same fortnight and tell you afterwards exactly what went up.
Client name withheld. Figures are drawn from our own operational records.
